After a brief illness, Rebecka Clark Cone, 72, died peacefully at home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Theodore (Ted) Cone, M.D. and her parents, William and Lora Clark.

Becky was a devoted member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Tuscaloosa for many years. She enjoyed church activities, especially singing in the choir. She traveled to the Atmore correctional institute and provided counseling to spread the word of God. She was a registered nurse at Druid City hospital in Northport and loved taking care of her patients. She also loved her special pConeets, Ella and Dawn. She will be greatly missed by her friends, her sister friend, Robin Hoggle, and her neighbors. 

Special thanks to the caregivers of Enhabit, for the wonderful care they gave her.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Simpson, Walter P. (Skip) Turner Jr., Walter P. (Chip) Turner III, and Wayne Brown.

Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park. Father Deering will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Spirit Capital Campaign Fund or to the Church.
