Paula was a casual friend in High School and a much closer friend over the past 20 years. Her obituary says it all. She had a wonderful southern drawl, infectious laugh and a smile that could light up a room. I will cherish the time she, Donna Pumohrey and I spent together. Rest in peace my friend.
I didn't know Paula in high school even though we were in the same class, but we became friends when I moved back to Tuscaloosa in 2010, where we lived in the same neighborhood. I am shocked and very saddened to learn of her passing. She was lovely in every regard.
